Reservation Deposit

To confirm your reservation we require a non-refundable $200. per week (or portion there of) reservation deposit

PLUS (if applicable) a 50% reservation deposit on the total rental of any accessory.  Minimum reservations deposit is $200. per week.

Damage Deposit

We require a refundable $500. Damage deposit in addition to full payment of fee’s at the time of renting. This deposit is normally  refunded to you within 24 hours of the return of your trailer pending inspection. If your trailer is returned clean, with no hint of smoking or a pet inside and damage free with a full tank of propane you will receive a complete refund.

Payment

All rental fee’s and damage deposit are payable 72 hours prior to pick-up.

Cancellation Charges

No refunds will be made under any circumstances on reservation deposits if cancellation is made.  The only exception to qualify for full or partial refund if is a trailer is rented late due to late return or a significant failure from the previous renter.
